At long last, someone has posted the greatest after shave commercial ever produced and, arguably, the best commercial of any kind ever to grace the airwaves. Indeed, my pal Tony and I scoured the internet for YEARS looking for this. It’s like Christmas in fucking July. Enjoy.

Damn. I am so back in my basement in Lansing, watching a commercial break during another Tigers stinker. Jack Palance was the love child of a cobra and a pit bull.

I had forgotten about this classic, but it came rushing back fast. The disdain in Jack’s voice when he says “fancy cologne” is bone-chilling.
Also, does anyone else get the feeling that old Jack knocked back a few bottles of Skin Bracer just before filming?

I wish he left more of a pause before launching into the confidence part. It freaks me out. And he is kinda halfassed about patting it on too. Yet I cant stop watching.
